  • 40 hour famine

Through the 40 hour famine young Australians can do something real for hungry kids. Going without food (or something else that really matters to you) for 40 hours is a great way to get a taste of what life’s like for kids struggling with poverty and hunger around the world.

  • Daffodil Day

Daffodil Day is The Cancer Council Australia’s most successful fundraising event for raising vital funds for cancer research, patient support services, and prevention campaigns. Each year, Australians are prompted to purchase fresh daffodils or event-related merchandise either in memory of a loved one, to celebrate a cancer survivor or for themselves in the hope of helping create a cancer-free future. The success of Daffodil Day is largely dependant on more than 10,000 Australians who volunteer their time to sell fresh daffodils and merchandise, raising vital funds.
